Yoga therapy differs from a regular yoga class, in that we use the specific application of yoga tools; postures, breath work, meditation, relaxation and more, to support your precise physical and mental health.

In a yoga therapy session, we will first assess your needs, and discuss what brought you to yoga therapy. e.g. back pain or anxiety and depression. We then create a bespoke treatment programme with you to help you reach your goals for healing.

Yoga therapy is complimentary of existing treatment programmes you may be accessing, such as physio, and can integrate well with other healing modalities.
