What to Expect in a Session
Every yoga therapy session is centred around you and what you need most. There’s no pressure to perform or keep up… it’s a calm, supportive space where you can move, breathe and rest at your own pace.
Here’s how a typical session might unfold:
- A gentle check-in – we start with a simple conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. 
- Personalised movement and breathwork – you’ll be guided through gentle, accessible practices designed to meet your needs. 
- Time to rest and integrate – sessions often end with restorative rest or relaxation to help your body and mind settle. 
- Space to reflect – if you’d like, we’ll talk through how the session felt and how to bring small supportive practices into everyday life. 
Each session is designed to help you feel safe, supported and more at ease in your body and mind.
How the Pricing Works
Initial Assessment
Each yoga therapy programme begins with a comprehensive 90-minute assessment, conducted either in person or online. This session enables a detailed evaluation of your physical, mental, and lifestyle factors to inform an individualised treatment plan. The assessment duration is 90 minutes, with a fee of £120.

Cancelling and rescheduling my session
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the session to another student and gives you the best chance to book an alternative time.
