Yoga therapist, restorative guide, and space holder.
Jodie creates a calm, supportive space where you can simply be. She’s known for her intuitive, compassionate approach, gently tailoring each session to the person in front of her. Whether working one-to-one or in a small group, she weaves together breath, movement, mindfulness and stillness in a way that feels personal, nourishing and deeply human.
What makes her approach unique is her ability to meet people exactly where they are, emotionally, physically and energetically. She blends traditional yoga practices with therapeutic tools to support your nervous system, ease tension and help you reconnect with yourself.

What to Bring
- Wear something comfortable you can move and rest in. 
- Mats, bolsters, and props are provided — but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. 
- You may wish to bring a cosy jumper or socks for extra comfort during restorative poses. 
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session so you can settle in without rushing.
